Some items will have shipping costs provided at checkout, and may vary depending on the particular item or order. Larger items will require a freight cost from our wholesalers and will be calculated as per individual order. Most deliveries will require a small shipping fee, however it will be clearly displayed on checkout if a product is delivered FREE.
Remember, Risenn provides you with access to products from a range of sellers – therefore, delivery charges may vary according to the seller involved.
All deliveries are arranged by Risenn. We have extreme confidence in our team and hope that you do too. We ensure that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages during delivery, transit insurance will be taken out by Risenn and/or our suppliers.
Regional areas may have additional shipping charges, which will be sent to customer for approval and payment before order is finalised. If the additional charges are not approved, the customer may cancel the order at no charge.
Risenn offers delivery services for all of our products Australia wide. Some regional areas maybe excluded and customer notified in these circumstances. We now offer shipping to United Kingdom and United States Of America on selected Fashion & Accessories for all age and gender's.
Additionally, please note that for delivery purposes, we require a street address and cannot accept post office box addresses. All deliveries will be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during normal business hours. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address that best suits this time frame.
All goods must be signed for when delivered. If the delivery address is unattended, an advice card will be left to inform you of a “missed delivery”. In this case, Risenn advises that you make direct contact with the freight carrier in order to make another delivery arrangement, as the goods will be returned to their local depot.
Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery location and the direct seller involved, however, most deliveries are expected within 10 - 14 business days, from the time that the order is placed. In some cases delivery is much quicker and can occur within 2 to 3 working days. You will be notified of delivery date if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Purchasing more than one item may not be dispatched in a single delivery. Individual products may be delivered separately and on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers to facilitate the delivery.
Risenn cares about the quality of your shopping experience. We recommended that someone is available to sign for the goods at the time of delivery to ensure that your items are delivered safely.
Risenn understands that waiting for deliveries are not always convenient for you. Our team will do everything possible to request the delivery information regarding an approximate date and time is provided to you by our logistic company in advance. We hope that you understand that in extreme cases, this communication may not be readily available for us to provide to you.
Many of the products on our website may require special delivery arrangements due to their size and weight. In this case, we kindly ask that you provide clear instructions within the designated response box at checkout –marked as “Order Instruction/Comments”.

Receipt of Delivery:
The Risenn team is confident in the quality of products and services we offer however, we recommend that you unpack and check that the product/s you have ordered are not faulty or damaged before signing for the delivery.
In the unlikely case that you have any concerns, we kindly ask that you please provide clear notes expressing this on the delivery cart before signing, and request that the driver initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.
